Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 14, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Articles I, IV, & V met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto, at 7:04 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; and Shelton.

 

A quorum was present.

 

Testimony taken/registration recorded.  (See attached witness list.)

 

(Representative McClendon now present.)

 

(Representative Martinez, "Mando" now present.)

 

At 9:43 a.m., on the motion of Representative Otto and without objection, the meeting was recessed until adjournment of the House or if permission is received until the reading and referral of bills. 

 

The committee reconvened at 12:11 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Otto.

 

The quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Otto; Button; Margo; and Shelton.

 

A quorum was present.
