Pursuant to a notice posted on June 5, 2012, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 9:15 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; Crownover; Patrick, Diane; and Villarreal.

 

A quorum was present.
