Pursuant to a notice posted on April 27, 2012, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 1:10 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; and Villarreal.
