Pursuant to a notice posted on March 2, 2011, an announcement to meet during bill referral on March 3, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session granted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 9:49 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; Crownover; Morrison; Patrick, Diane and Villarreal.

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 10:49 p.m., on the motion of Representative Hochberg and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
