Pursuant to a notice posted on February 11, 2011, and permission to meet while the House is in session granted on February 16, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article III met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hochberg, at 7:20 a.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Hochberg; Aycock; Morrison; and Patrick, Diane.

 

A quorum was present.
