Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on February 21, 2011, the House Committee on Appropriations - S/C on Article II met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Zerwas, at 2:32 p.m.

 

The initial quorum call was answered as follows: Representatives Zerwas; Chisum; Dukes; King, Susan; and Schwertner.

 

A quorum was present.
