R E S O L U T I O N

|
|
WHEREAS, Brack Barnard Jones passed away on September 18, |
|
|
2010, leaving his circle of family and friends to cherish their many |
|
|
happy memories of time spent in his company; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, A native of Temple, Mr. Jones was born on June 29, |
|
|
1978, to Karen and Donald Jones; known for his open, friendly nature |
|
|
and humor, he created a host of nicknames for his loved ones, whom |
|
|
he showered with affection; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Mr. Jones loved animals, listening to music, |
|
|
coloring, and solving puzzles; he took great pride in helping with |
|
|
projects around the house and he enjoyed attending White Mound |
|
|
Baptist Church; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, While the life of Brack Jones ended far too soon, he |
|
|
touched many with the delight he found in simple pleasures and he |
|
|
will always be remembered with great tenderness and affection; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Brack Barnard Jones |
|
|
and extend deepest sympathy to the members of his family: to his |
|
|
parents, Donald Lee Jones and Karen Sue Barnard Jones; to his |
|
|
brother, Coby Lee Jones, and his wife, Sarah Metheny Jones; and to |
|
|
his many other relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Brack |
|
|
Jones. |
