R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Beverly Louise Bryan of Waco passed away on April 9, |
|
2011, at the age of 60, leaving her circle of family and friends to |
|
cherish their many happy memories of time spent in her company; and |
|
WHEREAS, Born on October 31, 1950, in Victoria, Ms. Bryan |
|
graduated from Stroman High School in her hometown; for the past |
|
nine years, she had been a member of the staff at La Vega Primary |
|
School, where she delighted in her work with the students and where |
|
she quickly earned the esteem and high regard of her colleagues; and |
|
WHEREAS, Ms. Bryan enjoyed the love and affection of several |
|
particularly special people in her life, including her mother, |
|
Betty J. Smith, who preceded her in death, as well as her son, |
|
Kevin, and two grandchildren, Kadin and Payne; and |
|
WHEREAS, Those fortunate enough to have known Beverly Bryan |
|
will remember the way she touched their lives with her friendship, |
|
strength of character, and engaging smile, and she will forever |
|
hold a treasured place in their hearts; now, therefore, be it |
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 82nd Texas |
|
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Beverly Louise |
|
Bryan and extend sincere condolences to the members of her family: |
|
to her son, Kevin Hafer; to her grandchildren, Kadin and Payne |
|
Hafer; and to her other relatives and friends; and, be it further |
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of |
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Beverly |
|
Louise Bryan. |
