Amend Floor Amendment No. 4 by Brown to CSHB 2499 by adding the following appropriately numbered item to the amendment:

(1)  Add the following appropriately numbered section to the bill and renumber the remaining sections of the bill as appropriate:

SECTION ____.  The comptroller may not terminate a contract entered into by the Department of Information Resources that is transferred to the comptroller under this Act.
