In addition to the amounts appropriated above, any fees collected in accordance §74.0032, Texas Agriculture Code, in FY 2012 and FY 2013 are hereby appropriated from general revenue to Strategy A.1.3. Strategy: Integrated Pest Management, for the purpose of cotton stalk destruction regulatory activities.
