| The Senate Finance Committee will meet on July 21, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. in |

| room E1.036 of the Capitol Extension. The Committee will hear invited and |
|
| public testimony regarding the Committee's interim charge to |
|
| study the impact of changing the constitutional and statutory spending |
|
| limit based on the sum of the rate of population growth and the rate of |
|
| inflation. Examine what past biennial spending limits would have been, and |
|
| what the next biennium's limit might be, under a new definition. Consider |
|
| the impact of exempting growth from federally mandated programs. |
|
|
| Those wishing to give public testimony, please limit prepared remarks to 3 |
|
| minutes. If submitting written testimony, please provide 25 copies, with |
|
| your name on each copy, to the Committee during the hearing. |
