Pursuant to a notice posted pursuant to HCR 70, 80th Legislature, a public hearing of the Criminal Justice Legislative Oversight Committee was held on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, in the Capitol Extension, Room E1.036, at Austin, Texas.

The Chair, Senator Whitmire,  called the meeting to order at 3:23 p.m.  There being a quorum present, the following business was transacted: 

 

Other Members Present: Representatives England, Hardcastle, Hodge, Turner

 

Persons providing invited and public testimony on the presentation of juvenile probation reform projects are shown on the attached list.

 

 

 

There being no further business, at 7:07 p.m. Representative McReynolds moved that the Committee be adjourned. Without objection, it was so ordered.
