Pursuant to a notice posted on September 23, 2010, the House Committee on Urban Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Yvonne, at 10:20 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Howard, Charlie; Fletcher; Gutierrez; Mallory Caraway; Walle (5).

 

A quorum was present.
