Pursuant to a notice posted on March 24, 2010, the House Committee on Urban Affairs in a joint hearing with House Select Committee on Federal Economic Stabilization Funding met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Yvonne, at 12:05 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Davis, Yvonne; Howard, Charlie; Alvarado; Fletcher; Gutierrez; Kent; Mallory Caraway; Miklos; Turner, Chris (9).

 

Absent:              Representatives Pierson; Walle (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 3:55 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
