Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2010, the House Committee on Urban Affairs in a joint work session with the House Select Committee on federal Economic Stabilization Funding met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Davis, Yvonne, at 9:30 a.m.

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Davis, Yvonne; Howard, Charlie; Fletcher; Kent; Mallory Caraway; Turner, Chris (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Alvarado; Gutierrez; Miklos; Pierson; Walle (5).

 

A quorum was present.

 

A tour of two weatherized homes took place at 5308 Grovewood Dallas, TX 75210 and 4602 Hamilton Street Dallas, TX 75223

 

At 11:00 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
