Pursuant to a notice posted on May 17, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation Funding, Select, Subcommittee on Planning & Accountability, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Guillen, at 11:07 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Guillen; Callegari; Kuempel; Smith, Wayne (4).

 

Absent:            Representatives Alonzo; Martinez, "Mando"; Thompson (3).

 

A quorum was present.
