Pursuant to a notice posted on December 6, 2010, and revised on December 7, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 10:09 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:           Representatives: Pickett; Phillips; Callegari; Davis, Yvonne; Guillen; Harper-Brown; Merritt; Smith, Todd; Smith, Wayne (9).

 

Absent:            Representatives: Dunnam; McClendon (2).

 

A quorum was present.
