Pursuant to a notice posted on March 12, 2010, and revised on April 7, 2010, the House Committee on Transportation met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 10:17 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Pickett; Phillips; Callegari; Dunnam; Guillen; Harper-Brown; McClendon; Merritt; Smith, Wayne (9).

 

Absent:              Representatives Davis, Yvonne; Smith, Todd (2).

 

A quorum was present.

At 2:58 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
