Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor and permission granted to meet while the house is in session,  on May 23, 2009, the House Committee on Transportation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 1:23 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:
