Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 12, 2009, the House Committee on Transportation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 1:31 p.m.

Representative Pickett offered a complete committee substitute.

 

Representative Phillips offered an amendment to the committee substitute.

 

Representative Guillen offered an amendment to the committee substitute.

 

Both amendments were withdrawn without objection.

 

The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection.

 

The bill was left pending without objection.

 

 

At 1:36 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
