Pursuant to a notice posted on February 18, 2009, the House Committee on Transportation met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Pickett, at 7:30 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Pickett; Phillips; Callegari; Harper-Brown; McClendon; Smith, Wayne (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Davis, Yvonne; Dunnam; Guillen; Merritt; Smith, Todd (5).

 

A quorum was present.

 

At 9:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
