Pursuant to a notice posted on April 24, 2009, and permission requested and granted by the House for the Committee on Rules and Resolutions to meet while the house is in session, the House Committee on Rules & Resolutions met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative McClendon, at 12:33 p.m.
