Pursuant to a notice posted on May 4, 2009, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Homer, at 6:30 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Homer; Howard, Donna; King, Tracy O.; Kleinschmidt; Kuempel; Phillips; Thibaut (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Dukes; McCall (2).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Food, refreshments served.

 

At 9:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
