CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On March 17, 2009, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism held on March 4, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on February 27, 2009, the House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Homer, at 2:07 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Homer; Dukes; King, Tracy O.; Kleinschmidt; Kuempel; Phillips; Thibaut (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Howard, Donna; McCall (2).

 

A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 873.

 

Representative Thibaut offered a complete committee substitute.

 

The chair recognized Representative Dukes to explain the measure.

The committee substitute was withdrawn without objection.
