On April 28, 2009, the House Committee on Public Health authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Public Health held on April 22, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on April 17, 2009, and revised on April 17, 2009, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule in order to hear House Bill 4642, the House Committee on Public Health met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Kolkhorst, at 3:46 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:             Representatives Kolkhorst; Coleman; Davis, John; Gonzales; Hopson; Laubenberg; Zerwas (7).

 

Absent:              Representatives Naishtat; King, Susan; McReynolds; Truitt (4).
