Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 15, 2009, the House Committee on Public Health, Subcommittee on Disease Control Programs , met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative King, Susan, at 8:35 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives King, Susan; Coleman; Davis, John; Zerwas (4).

 

Absent:            Representative Naishtat (1).

 

A quorum was present.

Representative Coleman offered a complete committee substitute to HB 272.

 

The chair recognized Senator Deuell to explain the measures.

The chair recognized Representative Ortiz, Jr. to explain the measures.

 

The committee substitute to HB 272 was withdrawn without objection.

 

The bills were left pending without objection.
