Pursuant to a notice posted on May 20, 2009, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 7:00 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representative Flynn (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Food, refreshments served.

 

At 9:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
