Pursuant to a suspension of the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules and an announcement from the House floor on May 13, 2009, the House Committee on Pensions, Investments & Financial Services met on May 14, 2009 in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Truitt, at 8:06 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Truitt; Flynn; Hernandez; Hopson; Woolley (5).

 

Absent:              Representatives Anchia; Anderson; Parker; Veasey (4).

 

A quorum was present.
