Pursuant to permission granted to meet while the house is in session on May 15, 2009 and to an announcement from the house floor on May 15, 2009, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, at 6:18 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Representative Gutierrez moved that the floor amendments to SB 488, SB 702, SB 1225, SB 2513 be approved to be offered during consideration of the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Tuesday, May 19, 2009.  The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Bohac moved to place the following measures on the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Tuesday, May 19, 2009:  HB3521, HB4702, SB97, SB161, SB381, SB407, SB461, SB470, SB488, SB529, SB663, SB702, SB866, SB874, SB1036, SB1225, SB1246, SB1291, SB1334, SB1448, SB1796, SB2019, SB2497, SB2513.
