Pursuant to permission granted to meet while the house is in session on April 28, 2009 and to an announcement from the house floor on April 28, 2009, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, at 2:46 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Representative Merritt moved that the following measures be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee: HB489, HB985, HB1937, HB1939, HB2606, HB2823, HB3058, HB3168, HB4094, HB4270. The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Anchia moved that the following measures not be placed on the calendar at this time:  HB425, HB2035, HB2416, HB2417, HB2668.
