Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 6, 2009, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, at 4:08 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Representative Martinez Fischer moved that the following measure be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee: HB78.
