Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 23, 2009, the House Committee on Local & Consent Calendars met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Thompson, at 4:22 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Anchia; Martinez Fischer; Merritt; Morrison (4).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Thompson moved that the following measure be transferred over to the House General Calendars Committee: HB982. The motion prevailed without objection.

 

Representative Gutierrez moved to place the following measures on the Local, Consent, and Resolutions Calendar for Thursday, March 26, 2009:  HB400, HB448, HB605, HB621, HB762, HB867, HB1510, HB1761.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives Thompson; Cook; Bohac; Bolton; Gutierrez; Laubenberg; Orr (7).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).
