Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on March 26, 2009, and after being granted permission to meet while the house was in session during the reading and referral of bills on March 26, 2009, the House Committee on Land & Resource Management met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Bonnen, at 12:40 p.m.
The roll was answered as follows:

Absent: Representatives Farrar; Bolton; Hamilton; Paxton (4).
A quorum was present.

The chair laid out HB 2906 as pending business.
Representative Homer offered a complete committee substitute.
The committee substitute was adopted without objection.
Representative Homer moved that HB 2906, as substituted, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
Ayes: Representatives Bonnen; Alvarado; Homer; Orr; Thibaut (5).
Nays: None (0).
Present, Not Voting: None (0).

The chair laid out HB 3202 as pending business.
Representative Orr moved that HB 3202, without amendments, be reported favorably to the full house with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed and be sent to the Committee on Local and Consent Calendars. The motion prevailed by the following record vote:
