Pursuant to a notice posted on June 4, 2010, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Corpus Christi Redistricting, met in a joint public hearing with the House Committee on Redistricting, Subcommittee on Corpus Christi Redistricting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Martinez, "Mando", at 10:04 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Martinez, "Mando"; Jackson, Jim (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Lewis (1).

 

A quorum was present.

The House Committee on Redistricting, Subcommittee on Corpus Christi Redistricting, was called to order by the chair, Representative Herrero, at 10:04 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Herrero; Pena (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Hilderbran (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Hunter addressed the audience.  The following Representatives were present: Representatives Burnam; Hughes; Gonzalez-Toureilles; and Ortiz.
