CORRECTED MINUTES

 

 

On April 14, 2009, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence held on April 6, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to a notice posted on March 31, 2009, and revised on April 1, 2009, and on April 6, 2009 having permission granted to suspend the 5-day posting rule and all necessary rules to hear HB 4293 on April 6, 2009, the House Committee on Judiciary & Civil Jurisprudence met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Hunter, at 2:05 p.m.
