Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 20, 2009, and permission received to meet while the House was in Session, the House Committee on Insurance met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 5:36 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

The committee reconvened at 6:15 p.m. and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee. The roll was answered as follows:
