Pursuant to a notice posted on April 30, 2009, a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 4, 2009 for HB 4519, and a suspension of the 5-day posting rule on May 5, 2009 for HB 1582, the House Committee on Insurance met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smithee, at 9:10 p.m.
