Pursuant to a notice posted on May 19, 2009, the House Committee on Human Services met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 7:30 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Rose; Herrero; Darby; Elkins; Hernandez; Hughes; Legler; Naishtat; Walle (9).

 

Absent:              None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The Committee met for a Committee dinner.

 

At 9:30 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
