Pursuant to a notice posted on May 8, 2009, and revised on May 8, 2009, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 8:20 a.m.  On May 13, 2009 Representative Hopson moved to suspend the five-day posting rule and all necessary rules to allow the Committee on Human Services to consider SB 59, SB 751, and posted business. The motion prevailed.
