Pursuant to Representative Morrison requesting and receiving permission for the Committee on Human Services to meet while the house is in session at 8pm, and an announcement from the house floor on May 12, 2009, the House Committee on Human Services met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 8:11 p.m.
