Pursuant to a notice posted on March 4, 2009, the House Committee on Human Services met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Rose, at 8:15 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Darby; Hughes; Naishtat (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The chair named the following members to the subcommittee on Investigations of Abuse and Neglect of Children and Interagency Cooperation:  Representative Naishtat, Chair; Representatives Darby and Hernandez.
