Pursuant to a notice posted on May 17, 2010, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs, Subcommittee on Veterans' Courts, met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Vaught, at 10:09 a.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Vaught; Farias (2).

 

Absent:            Representative Ortiz, Jr. (1).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Members of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence answered the roll as follows:

A quorum was present.
