Pursuant to a notice posted on April 1, 2010, the House Committee on Defense & Veterans' Affairs met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Corte, Frank, at 10:09 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representative Edwards (1).

 

A quorum was present.
