Pursuant to a notice posted on March 5, 2009, the House Committee on House Administration met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Geren, at 8:35 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              Representatives Allen; Callegari; Miller, Doug; Ortiz, Jr.; Riddle (5).

 

A quorum was present.

(Representative Allen now present.)

 

Representative Eissler moved to adopt the Personnel Manual Policies and Procedures 2009.

 

The motion prevailed by the following record vote:

 

Ayes:                             Representatives Geren; Rose; Allen; Eissler; Howard, Donna; Miller, Doug; Shelton; Vo (8).

 

Nays:                             None (0).

 

Present, Not Voting:     None  (0).

 

Absent:                          Representatives Callegari; Ortiz, Jr.; Riddle  (3).

 

At 9:15 a.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
