Pursuant to a notice posted on March 25, 2010, the House Committee on Federal Economic Stabilization Funding, Select met in a joint work session with the House Committee on Urban Affairs and was called to order by the acting chair, Representative Kent at 9:30 a.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Darby; Kent (2).

 

Absent:              Representatives Dunnam; Crownover; Coleman; Eiland; Ortiz, Jr.; Pitts; Truitt (7).

 

A quorum was present.

 

A tour of two weatherized homes took place at 5308 Grovewood Dallas, TX 75210 and 4602 Hamilton Street Dallas, TX 75223.

 

At 11:00 a.m., on the motion of Representative Kent and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
