Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on April 16, 2009, the House Committee on Environmental Regulation met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Cook, at 4:19 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

 

Present:              Representatives Cook; Burnam; Farrar; Hancock; Legler; Veasey (6).

 

Absent:              Representatives Chisum; Dunnam; Weber (3).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The chair directed that the March 25, 2009, minutes for the House Committee on Environmental Regulation be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 4:20 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
