Pursuant to a notice posted on May 20, 2009, the House Committee on Energy Resources met in a work session and was called to order by the chair, Representative Keffer, at 8:01 p.m.

 

The roll was answered as follows:

Absent:              None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

 

The Committee had dinner.

 

At 10:00 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
