Pursuant to a notice posted on May 7, 2009, and revised on May 11, 2009 with a suspension of the 5 day posting rule to set SB 2067, the House Committee on Elections met in a public hearing and was called to order by the chair, Representative Smith, Todd, at 8:45 a.m.
