Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 7, 2009, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, Subcommittee on Capital Punishment, met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Miklos, at 9:47 p.m.

 

Present:           Representatives Miklos; Christian; Gallego; Hodge; Moody (5).

 

Absent:            None (0).

 

A quorum was present.

 

Representative Gallego moved that the March 19, 2009 minutes for the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence,  Subcommittee on Capital Punishment be corrected. The corrected minutes were authorized without objection.

 

At 9:48 p.m., on the motion of the chair and without objection, the meeting was adjourned subject to the call of the chair.
