CORRECTED MINUTES

 

On May 26, 2009 and on May 12, 2009, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence authorized the correction of the  minutes for the meeting of the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence held on May 7, 2009. The following are the corrected minutes for that meeting:

 

Pursuant to an announcement from the house floor on May 7, 2009 and permission received to meet while the House was in Session, the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence met in a formal meeting and was called to order by the chair, Representative Gallego, at 4:19 p.m.
